Barn Greenery

The barn window greets visitors and it’s like a frame to a constantly changing composition. In summer, plants and flowers are a riotous spot of color contrasted against the dark wood interior, a modern day chiaroscuro.
In winter, evergreen and pinecones overflow enamel pails and galvinized buckets. I’ll have to try painting that someday.
