This is my view at breakfast. Every day the sky is different, but the crab apple tree is there in all seasons, the plant on the windowsill may change.
The light reflecting on the enamel worktop makes for intriguing fields of color. I painted this as a challenge to myself to keep chasing murky light in the early and late hours of the day.
